max bench = 185 max squat = 410 (plate machine) got to do it free weight in a week to see exactly where i stand on this max dead lift = 225 (never dead lift)
GOALS;3 months (at most):bench 6 reps no assistance 200 pounds max. squat (assuming its around 240/250 free) 260/270 dead lift 245
